Ingredients
2 large heads of broccoli
3 large cloves of garlic
A can of anchovy fillets
1 tsp Red chili peppers
Spinach 1 cup
150 g Dried pasta
1 TSP of olive oil
1 TSP of salt
Instructions
- Using a small knife, trim round the broccoli to remove the dark green florets from the main stalks and put them to one side. Peel the stalks, trim off the dry end and throw this away. Peel and chop the garlic.
- Cook pasta in large pot with salt and at the last 5 minutes of cooking pasta, add broccoli into the same pan to cook.
- Put garlic and red chili pepper into a large pan with olive oil and sauté in a low heat
- Add anchovy into the sauté pan.
- Combine all the ingredients together. Mix well, adding a little of the cooking water, to loosen, if needed, and make it shine.
