Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1 small onion (red onion preferred)
- 1 medium tomato, small diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ TSP salt
- ½ TSP black pepper
- 8 dashes tabasco sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, Tabasco, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well.
- Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
