Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small onion (red onion preferred)
  • 1 medium tomato, small diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ TSP salt
  • ½ TSP black pepper
  • 8 dashes tabasco sauce (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Tabasco, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well.
  3. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
