Ingredients

  • 3 cup green cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ up mushroom or 3shiitake mushroom
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ fresh green spinach
  • 12 pieces spring roll wrappers

 

Seasonings:

  • ½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

Making roll filling

  1. heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add garlic, carrot, mushroom and sliced cabbage.
  2. Stir fry until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add seasonings and mix everything together until vegetables are well coated with seasonings. Turn off the heat, set them aside, or go into a fridge to let the fillings cool down before rolling.

Wrap spring rolls:

  1. Lace the wrapper in a diamond position. Place a small handful of filling on the bottom.
  2. Roll up halfway.
  1. Fold sides in, then finish rolling up.  They should be about 12 cm / 5″ long, 2.5cm / 1″ wide once wrapped.

Air Fryer:  350 F, 10 minutes until they get brown color.
